The ranch is located in Scottsdale, AZ better known as Rio Verde. Rio Verde Dr. is lined with horse ranches and training facilities and is a very horse friendly area.
West World (a premier show facility) is a 15 minute drive and the airport is a 45 minute drive. Scottsdale is loaded with some of the finest restaurants and resorts, a true destination location. The summers do get hot but you cannot beat the winters here.
